Sigma Pi Chapter of Kappa Delta holds formal recruitment at the beginning of the spring semester each year. This recruitment is put on by Panhellenic Council. This recruitment consists of rounds where each potential new member will go to each sorority house on campus and go through a voting process to ultimately find out which sorority they will be joining. Sigma Pi also does recruiting in the fall, however, this recruitment process is informal, and potential new members will be reached out to by existing Sigma Pi members.
